Return & Refund Policy

Our Return Policy:

We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is first placed and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date.

Since we ship perishable products that can't be restocked or resold, we're unable to accept returns.

Please read on for our refund policy.

Our Refund Policy:

The following reasons are covered under our policy:

  • Damaged items (unrelated to carrier)
  • Late delivery or improper handling caused by carrier (UPS/FedEx), resulting in defrosted items or damage
  • Missing items

Please report any issues with your order. Resolutions to reported issues may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund.

For cancelled subscription orders, please note that you can cancel at any time before your next order is billed. If you cancel after billing but before delivery, the cancellation request will only be processed for the next scheduled billing date. 

The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions
  • Late delivery due to incorrect address
  • Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, resulting in defrosted items or damage

Please review your shipping address before ordering. Should your shipping address change, please contact guru@goodmylk.co to assist with any adjustments.

If you would like to reship an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
